WIRA CALTEX 2.0 Updates

The WIRA CALTEX 2.0 project that will be released in September 2024 will see WIRA CALTEX having its own dedicated portal – www.wiracaltex.com to support all staff at Caltex Stations across Malaysia. This project started out over two and half years ago with the Quiz for station staff to participate and get recognized for their ability and hard work.

As part of the WIRA CALTEX 2.0 rollout, a Registration Campaign is being conducted for all: -

• STATION OWNER / INVESTOR,
• STATION MANAGEMENT and
• STATION STAFF

This Registration Campaign will also be communicated via email from Retail Malaysia and WhatsApp from RETAIL BUZZ / WIRA CALTEX WhatsApp numbers. Registration Guides and FAQs will be included to assist all parties to easily register themselves. All this is part of the Quarter 4 – 2024 plan to include the Lubricants Incentive Program within the WIRA CALTEX portal.

Post-registration, all registered STATION OWNER / INVESTOR and STATION MANAGEMENT will be able to validate and approve the submissions of incentive forms provided by your STATION STAFF online using their phones. Without the registration of STATION OWNER / INVESTOR and STATION MANAGEMENT, the STATION STAFF’s incentive submissions will not be able to be processed.

Without the station's approval, all incentive claims from the affected station cannot be processed for payment. We advise to register early as the STATION OWNER / INVESTOR and STATION MANAGEMENT information will be validated by Chevron Malaysia and/or Branded Marketer to ensure only authorised personnel are registered.

In addition, there will be a WIRA CALTEX Support Line (Messages Only) to support all stations and their staff on matters related to WIRA CALTEX. Stations can contact the Support Line based on the following working hours/days:- 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, except weekends & Public Holidays.
