(Video) TP Synergy Sdn Bhd: Creative LSM Ideas

The competitive market environment today requires businesses to be more creative in engaging their customers. At Chevron, we encourage Retail Partners to continuously build on the relationship with the community in your business area with various Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs.

One of the Southern Region Retail Partners - TP Synergy Sdn Bhd who operates the Caltex Pasir Gudang station came up with a novel idea for their 2021 calendar. They created a calendar with coupons that customers could use for Caltex products or for free gifts.

Such creative ideas would help stations drive sales at both the forecourt as well as at the station’s convenience store. We know many Retail Partners have creative ideas that they have implemented over the years. Do share with us at Retail Buzz your initiatives.
