(Video) Sutera Matra – Retail Partner Training
The Sutera Matra network's retail partners had a busy schedule of training sessions in March 2024.
A Retail Partner training session was held at iSpace TTDI on 06 March 2024, for 37 Retail Partners (Central 9, South 11, North 14, and East Coast 3). The goal of this well-planned event was to impart a wide range of knowledge and perspectives to participants.
The program for the training session include:-
- Financial Management - En. Azim, CPDA President
- Navigating challenges and achieving success within the industry - Mr. Jeremy Oh, a former Chevron Country Chairman
- Staff coaching and business management - external trainer En. Anas Zubedy
- Importance of compliance and legal considerations in business operations - En. Shaharudin, Putrajaya Enforcement MDTCC
- SKDS updates and Insights into Caltex Rewards by Chevron Malaysia
Other training sessions were also held in March at stations in the Central, North and South regions. The sessions included: -
- Pump maintenance training from the FlowCo team to provide participants with in-depth knowledge and practical insights
- Customer First & Safety training to drive the commitment to both customer satisfaction and employee well-being - essential pillars for sustainable business growth. This training approach not only enhances technical skills, but also reinforces organisational values, fostering a culture of excellence and safety awareness among participants.
