In Q1 2025, Sutera Matra introduced a series of Customer First Initiatives designed to strengthen service delivery across all locations.
The program kicked off with nationwide practical training sessions where Customer Service Representatives engaged in real-life scenarios to improve communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills. Weekly online quizzes followed, providing a fun and engaging way to reinforce learning and keep the team motivated.
A highlight of the quarter was the CSR Daily Life TikTok challenge. Team members shared snapshots of their daily routines, showcasing their passion and commitment to excellent service. The top entries were recognized, and every participant received appreciation for their effort.
