(Video) Spreading Joy & Happiness by Caltex Mentakab
19 August 2023, Saturday - Syarikat Swee Lee Trading Sdn Bhd recently organised a visit to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak Yatim dan Miskin Nur Iman Mentakab, a local orphanage that has been serving its community since 2017. With a mission to bring smiles and spread joy, they aimed to brighten the lives of the children.
On the day itself, the team from Caltex Mentakab were greeted warmly by a group of 13 boys accompanied by their two teachers (Ustaz). The boys were delighted when they saw the thoughtful gifts prepared by the team. Each child received a set of tracksuit and jersey personalised with their names along with a set of stationery. “Duit raya” were also given to each of the children, delighting them even more. The teachers were not left out as well as they received bath towels and umbrellas.
Another highlight of the day was when everyone was treated to a delicious KFC lunch and yummy donuts from the station’s cafe. Watching the children and teachers enjoying themselves and the food really brought big smiles to the team.
