(Video) ‘Jom Reset Q2 2023’ Nationwide CSR Training

Branded Marketer Sutera Matra Sdn Bhd organised nationwide training sessions for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) over a span of two months from June to July 2023. To encourage 100% attendance from stations, temporary training centres were established across four locations – South, Central, East Coast, and North region to ease travelling for attendees from their respective stations.

During the 3.5 hour session, two core topics were covered which were safety and customer service. Safety training such as hands-on demonstrations of HES Walk, site checks and equipping CSRs on how to handle fire extinguishers during emergencies. Specialists from hospitals and the Red Crescent Community provided knowledgeable insights on basic first aid as well. “I benefited a lot from the doctor’s sharing earlier about handling a choke incident, especially for newborns.” shared by a mum-to-be CSR.

As excitement brewed around the nationwide launch of Caltex Rewards, business consultant Mr Jeff took this opportunity to equip CSRs with the skills to effectively promote the loyalty program and enlighten them with best practices on customer service such as maintenance of cleanliness and always having a friendly smile.
