(Video) ‘Jom Bersama-Sama 2023 - Level Up CaltexKu’ Programme

In the month of July, Branded Marketer Pen Petroleum Sdn Bhd hosted a series of “Jom Bersama-Sama 2023 – Level Up CaltexKu” program in Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan and Kelantan. The program was attended by 150 Retail Partners and CSR representatives from 85 stations across Pen Petroleum's extensive network.

The main objective of this program was to provide comprehensive guidance to Retail Partners on the strategic areas that should be focused in the petrol station business. This collective effort was geared towards driving profitable growth, achieving operational excellence as well as highlighting CRM initiatives such as the "1 Litre 2 Points" and Caltex Rewards.

Speakers from Chevron Malaysia and government agencies such as KPDN, JKKP, PDRM, and BOMBA shared a wealth of insights and industry best practices to Retail Partners and CSRs. The knowledge gained will allow them to consistently optimise processes and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Compliance & Enforcement of PDA License, CSA License and Special Permit

• Subsidised Diesel Control System (SKDS)

• Compliance Program DOSH for Caltex Dealers

• Go-To-Safety-Point (GTSP)

• Volunteer Smartphone Patrol (VSP)

• Usage of Fire Extinguishers

• Safety & First Aid
