(Video) Highlights: Chevron Retail Partners Convention 2022
After a hiatus of three years due to COVID, the Chevron Retail Partners Convention 2022 definitely was an event that everyone was looking forward to. And the numbers showed that too as we had a record registration of 480 pax with 86% stations represented!
“SERVICE EXCELLENCE MINDSET” by the guest speaker - Alfred Netto and the other Chevron speakers reminded everyone how important a service excellence mindset is for a positive customer experience.
Some key recaps from the convention.
- We need to strive to CREATE VALUE and provide “UNBELIEVABLE” SERVICE, the highest level to wow our customers so they keep returning!
- Keeping our eyes on the FUTURE. We need to continue to look forward to the future and that includes moving with TECHNOLOGY AND DIGITALIZATION ADVANCEMENTS that will add value to the offerings provided to our customers.
- COMMITMENT TO GROW - The business will not grow by itself and needs everyone’s commitment. So we need to focus to grow our investments, our network, our volume/sales and even our own individual capabilities. And of course, we must especially never forget our commitment to grow the BRAND!
- WE CAN DO IT!
