(Video) Caltex Rewards - Sutera Matra with UiTM Kedah

Branded Marketer Sutera Matra Sdn Bhd recently collaborated with UiTM to organise a Caltex Rewards on-ground activation in conjunction with the university’s Festober Fesko 2023 at Merbok, Kedah.

A variety of exciting activities such as a F&B Karnival, Zumba night and Fesko Got Talent were organised during this event . Caltex stations under Sutera Matra’s network had set up an activation booth to promote Caltex Rewards where exclusive Caltex merchandise were given for each new registration. The campaign was well received and gained a total of 750 new signups across 5 days.

Building the Caltex brand at the youth level is crucial for establishing long-term customer loyalty. Engaging the youth early on allows the Caltex brand to have higher visibility and foster a connection even before they become users of Caltex’s products. Additionally, creating memorable experiences through events and sponsorships targeting the youth demographic helps in building brand recognition. As these individuals grow older, they are more likely to associate the brand with the positive experiences and values, translating into lasting customer loyalty.
