Syarikat Swee Lee Trading Sdn Bhd wins Service Excellence Reward!
In the recent Q1 and Q2 2023 evaluation, all the hard work paid off for Syarikat Swee Lee Trading Sdn Bhd as they achieved 100% in Customer First (CF) for the Service Excellence Award.
This award was presented in recognition of the station’s efforts in maintaining a high standard of customer service. The cash incentive of RM 600 for both quarters was shared among the 9 station staff, who were of course extremely happy to be recognised and rewarded for all their hard work. The station management is really proud of the Caltex Mentakab team and look forward to encouraging them even more every quarter.
