StarCard: The Fuel of Success for Customer Growth

As with other Retail Partners promoting StarCard to their commercial customers, Retail Partner Mr Isaac Tan from JS Stesen Sdn Bhd recently shared his experience about how their active promotion of StarCard helped to boost customer growth for his business.

On top of providing excellent facilities and station equipment for customers, he knew it takes more than that to retain his customer base. Mr Tan and his team began to actively identify and promote StarCard to his commercial customers with the aim to build up the station’s diesel sales volume. As the station reaps the benefits of the hard work, he is also receiving compliments from StarCard users on the benefits of the program and they have even recommended StarCard to their business associates.
