14 May 2025, Wednesday - Scholfield Sdn Bhd conducted a Bulk Receiving and Customer Service Training & Refresher session for staff from 16 Caltex stations in the Northern Region. Held at Rosdani Sdn Bhd (Caltex Taman Cempaka, Ipoh), the session ran from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and focused on operational and customer service excellence.

The training aimed to enhance:

  • Safe and standardized fuel receiving procedures
  • Consistent service quality across stations
