Retail Partners Training 2023 (Northern, Southern, Central and East Coast Region)
Branded Marketer Sutera Matra Sdn Bhd organised a full day training for Retail Partners at Armada Hotel, Petaling Jaya. A total of 55 Retail Partners from the Northern, Southern, Central and East Coast Region attended the training session.
The opening remark was delivered by Mr Eddie who started off with "Why Should We Change?" to all Retail Partners, followed by trainer Encik Rosli Hamzah who shared valuable tips on how to sustain businesses in the long run. Thereafter, Encik Che Din shared his “Pahit & Manis Perjalanan Perniagaan Stesen Minyak”, highlighting the ups and downs he had faced over the past 3 decades.
Senior Deputy Director KPDN Putrajaya, Puan Aqilah and Encik Azmi also briefed Retail Partners on law enforcement with a focus on handling bulk purchases. The highlight of the day was a three-hour workshop conducted by Mr. Alfred Netto. Through storytelling, games, and videos, Retail Partners learned how to build resilience and overcome challenges with a positive mindset.
Before wrapping up the training, Puan Faizah of Chevron Malaysia gave a few words of encouragement to Retail Partners, inspiring them to put into practice all that they had learned during the day.
