(Video) Retail Partner Learning Trip
28 May 2024, Tuesday - Caltex Mentakab (Syarikat Swee Lee Trading Sdn Bhd) hosted the Retail Partner Learning Trip organised by Branded Marketer Sutera Matra Sdn Bhd.

The learning trip’s program included:-
- a Walk-the-Site session
- NFR sharing where participants discovered NFR opportunities from Penuh Cafe owner
- CSR Sharing on Caltex Rewards, Wira Caltex and Customer First (CF)
- Financial planning & practical implementation from the Caltex Mentakab management team
- Day-end checking
Participants benefited from the personal coaching by senior retailer Ms Yap, giving them the insights and support needed to thrive in today’s competitive retail landscape.
