The incentive program for Q3 2022 will focus on two key drivers:-

  • JOURNEY Card redemption
  • Customer First

The JOURNEY Card redemption is important in our strategy to reward our customers.

How do you calculate redemption rate? Take all the JOURNEY points redeemed at the station divided over all the JOURNEY points issued at the station = JOURNEY Card redemption rate.

How do you increase the redemption rate? Cashier/CSA need to ask customers to redeem their JOURNEY points – “Do you want to redeem your points?”

Customer service is an essential pillar of our business. We want to reward station staff for the best customer service by increasing the Service Excellence reward to RM500 per station. Stations need to achieve 100% in P3 Customer First to win the reward.
