15 March 2024, Friday - Caltex launched the National Promotion, “Caltex Rewards x Touch ‘n Go RM5 Cashback”. Branded Marketer Pen Petroleum with Xpress Point also initiated a Touch 'n Go promotion “Beli & Menang Duit Raya”. Customers who spent a minimum of RM30 at any Xpress Point outlet in April would earn an entry to win RM50 in Touch 'n Go reload credit.
In addition to that, Coca-Cola also participated by launching the “Beli & Menang Hadiah Bernilai RM500,000” at the Xpress Point Stores. Customers who purchased any 3 selected beverages were entitled to win prizes, including weekly RM100 in Touch 'n Go reload credit.
Separately on 29 March 2024, Pen Petroleum and Penang retailers joined forces to support KPDN Penang’s initiative at the Bazaar Ramadan Rahmah (BRR) in Kubang Semang, Penang. During this event, early bazaar visitors received RM20 in Touch 'n Go reload credit from KPDN. At the BRR, Pen Petroleum took the opportunity to “turun padang” to promote all the Touch 'n Go promotions available at the participating Caltex stations and Xpress Point stores.
A Caltex booth was also set up to promote Caltex Rewards and the StarCard Diesel Subsidy Card to bazaar visitors and sellers. Special thanks to the Chevron and Xpress Point teams for supplying premium gifts and freebies, which proved to be effective in attracting the crowd. The team also distributed RM50 in StarCash to selected Menu Rahmah sellers as part of KPDN’s goal to encourage more sellers to offer Menu Rahmah at the bazaar.
