Pen Petroleum - First Aider Training
July - August 2025, Perak, Penang, Perlis, Jitra & Kedah - To meet government regulations requiring every petrol station to have at least one certified first aider, Pen Petroleum recently organized a series of First Aider Training sessions across key regions.
The program ensured station staff gained the essential skills and certification needed to respond effectively in emergencies while strengthening compliance and safety standards across the Caltex network.
Training Schedule:-
- 23 July - Perak
- 24 July - Penang
- 28 July - Perlis & Jitra
- 5 August - Kedah
Conducted by the Jabatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia (JPAM), the workshops delivered practical, high-quality instruction covering critical first aid topics.
Key Skills Taught
- CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation)
- Bleeding control
- Fracture management
- Choking response
- Other life-saving techniques
By the end of the program, all participants successfully received their First Aid Certificate, equipping them with both regulatory compliance and confidence to act when needed.
