Each workshop, held at Sungai Petani and Ames Hotel, Ayer Keroh, ran from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and offered a balance of device setup, hands-on practice, and guided exercises. Retail Partners worked directly with laptops and station Gmail accounts, gaining practical familiarity with submission requirements.
What the Workshops Covered
- Transition Timeline – Manual submissions required in July–August, with automated processes starting in September.
- Customer Transactions – How to generate QR codes for walk-in customers using Google Forms.
- Official Tools – Completing the E-Invoicing Submission V2 Excel template.
- Data Alignment – Using NAMOS monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
A Q&A session with a paid consultant further addressed operational questions, offering clarity on compliance challenges.
