Customer Service Excellence Training 2023 (Southern Region)
15 March 2023, Wednesday -- Branded Marketer Scholfield Sdn Bhd with Chevron Malaysia organised a Customer Service Excellence Training at Chevron’s office in Taman Molek, Johor Bahru.
The session was conducted by Scholfield trainer - En. Hamzah to ensure station cashiers and CSRs are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills on customer service, communication skills while adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) set by Chevron.
The training was attended both physically and virtually by Retail Partners, Station Managers and CSRs from 19 different stations in the Southern region under BMBC Mohd Razli.
