Customer First: Congratulations to the state of Johor!
The Johor stations have achieved an amazing Customer First (CF) score in the last 5 quarters.
As the state with the second largest Caltex station network with 66 stations, Johor stations had consistently scored over 95% in the Customer First evaluation from P1 2021 till P1 2022.
In the recent P1 2022 evaluation, 94% of the Johor stations achieved or exceeded the target of 92%. The amazing thing is that more than half of the stations achieved a perfect score of 100%. For the period of P4 2021, Johor also had the highest number of All-Stars winners with 13 winning stations from a total of 52 winning stations nationwide.
The Chevron management congratulates all the Caltex Johor stations for their excellent performance and commitment in providing great customer service to all Caltex customers.
