CSR Training 2023 (Northern & Central Region)
Branded Marketer Sutera Matra Sdn Bhd recently organised a CSR training session for Northern and Central Region. Approximately 150 CSRs attended the training session.
The training was separated into 3 sections.
1 – A work safety briefing & fire extinguisher practical by a Bomba officer
2 – Positive work attitude sharing by trainer Encik Rosli Hamzah
3 – Customer Service role play session by BMBC Jeff & Wanie
The next CSR training session in June/July will be on First Aid knowledge.
