Caltex Rewards LSM - July 2023
Sun Hup Petroleum (Elite) Sdn Bhd recently organised a 3-day LSM campaign in July 2023 to introduce the Caltex Rewards program to Caltex customers in order to encourage new registrations.
During the campaign, the station staff introduced Caltex Rewards and shared its benefits to customers at the station. Complimentary gifts such as snacks, neck pillow and microfibre towels were given to customers for each new registration.
The station saw a big increase in the number of registrations during this LSM campaign and this has encouraged the station to continue with this “giveaway” initiative to encourage more Caltex customers to download and utilise the app when fueling up at the station.
